Dental implants are the most advanced solution for tooth loss in dentistry. An implant is a permanent tooth replacement option that functions the same as your natural tooth, from root to crown. The implant is made of a small titanium post that Dr. Patel carefully places in your jaw where your missing tooth was. The post fuses to your jawbone to create a secure foundation for a restoration, whether crowns, bridges, or dentures. This stability restores your chewing force to the same level as healthy, natural teeth — so you’ll be able to eat what you want, smile when you want, and restore your youthful facial appearance that was lost from missing teeth.

Our office uses 3D cone beam imaging and computer-guided surgery to help plan and place your implants. This results in the highest level of accuracy possible. It also means less time and less pain for you. Additionally, having all implant services done in one convenient location saves you the hassle of having to run around town to different dentist offices.

Dental crowns are an excellent restoration for repairing damaged teeth, whether from decay, disease, or trauma. After removing any possible damaged portion of your tooth, we can cap the tooth in question with a natural-looking porcelain crown that seamlessly blends in with your smile. At Infinite Smiles, we use iTero digital impressions to create your custom crowns — no more messy, time-consuming impressions here! With our in-house CEREC milling machine, we can even create your crowns in one visit!

If you are missing one or more teeth but aren’t a good candidate for dental implants, a bridge is another tooth replacement option you might consider. A bridge is made of a series of three or more crowns, depending on the number of missing teeth. One fills in the gap where the missing tooth or teeth were, and the others are attached to adjacent teeth to help support the bridge. Our bridges are crafted by a master technician at our in-house lab, ensuring a quick yet beautiful device with an impeccable fit. Although long-lasting, bridges do not stop bone loss like implants do. However, your particular situation will determine which solution is best for your needs.

By the time you’ve reached adulthood, you’re likely to have had at least one cavity. Cavities are caused by plaque and bacteria buildup, which erodes your protective tooth enamel. Fillings can help restore the damage done by tooth decay. At our office, we are metal-free! We use only tooth-colored fillings that match your teeth so that no ugly metal fillings show in your smile. Metal fillings are not only unsightly, but they can also leak over time, putting your tooth at risk of future tooth decay.

Inlays, Onlays, & Veneers

Sometimes damage is not extensive enough for a crown. In this case, we may recommend an inlay or onlay. These custom restorations cover only part of your tooth, namely the surface and cusps of molars, rather than capping the entire visible portion of your tooth. They are made of a strong, tooth-colored dental composite or porcelain that matches your other teeth. For minor cracks, chips, and other imperfections, we may suggest veneers instead.

Root canal therapy is a time-tested method of saving your teeth. Although the procedure has a bad reputation, it is actually a simple, reliable way to eliminate decay and the accompanying pain. For this process, Dr. Suzi, an endodontist who specializes in root canal procedures, will first numb the area. Then, he will carefully remove the infected portion of your tooth (the inner nerve and pulp), seal it with a strong compound, and cover it with a crown to protect the remaining portion of your tooth.

We use the most gentle treatment possible for our root canal therapy. Using our WaterLase dental lasers, we can even perform a root canal with no pain or shots! However, if you are anxious about the procedure, you can take advantage of our sedation options and relax throughout your entire visit!
